Anger

You can only have a fight wen both parties in it are at equal or rising levels of agitation.. So next time u blame someone for a fight u were in pl stop, cause u were equally responsible.. 

V hv this inbuilt mechanism to go on d defensive instantly, to raise our voices to match d others... 

Wen someone lashes out at u verbally, just turn it into a joke, or respond with a normal tone of voice, and see wat happens. Every person is in a diff frame of mind, and hence sometimes lose it, it's not really necessary u go down their path wid them.. Instead u can b the stopper tht they need.. 

Never react angrily in d heat of  moment, however tempting it might b.. There'll b lot of opportunities to put ur point across, and it will be understood also, since d person will not b angry and hence their brain will  b functioning normally.. :)
