Protecting the ones v love?

This thing v do, trying to shelter or protect the ones v love.. Do v ever stop to consider that may b in trying to save them from d hurt, v r hurting them 10 folds..?! This protecting cause v don't trust d strength of love, d ppl v love or don't trust ourselves? Or is it that v r to afraid for our own heart?

Every relationship that has love, less or more, big or small, demands honesty.. If they love u, then they hv d strength to bear ur burdens, truths, realities, etc..

It's very easy to give up on ppl, love, ourselves, by hiding behind this one line, tht "I can't see u hurt", but stop n think who r v talking abt, and who r v saving.! 

Letting go is easy, try holding on for a change!
